Donuts Recipe! yummy!

Donuts
Ingredients:
600 ml milk
1 k
g of wheat flour
70 g fresh yeast
175 g sugar
80 g butter
100 g egg yolks
10 g of reinforcer
30 g of milk powder
coverage:
300 g chocolate
250 g powdered sugar

method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in blender
2. Hit a speed until smooth
3. Place the dough on the table and divide into 4 parts
4. Let ferment for 40 minutes
5.Porcione round and let
6. Cut the center with a small punch
7. Cover and let rise
8. Melt chocolate and set aside
9. Heat oil and fry by immersion
10. Bathe in chocolate or sprinkle powdered sugar
Additional Information
Bread Enhancer may be the right brand Fleischmann, quarquer found in the supermarket. It is sold in 10g sachets. The product serves to improve the handling of the dough and let the bread softer.

Coke Cupcake Recipe [WOW]


The idea of a coca-cola cupcake seems to send everyone I tell into flabbergasted fits of wonder.

"Coca-Cola? In a cupcake?" It's as though the concept is both horrifying and too-good-to-be-true.

But when you consider the ingredients in cola: sugar, caramel colour and acid, its addition to baking and general cooking starts to make more sense. Nigella Lawson is probably one of its more well-known proponents for the wonders of cola cooking -- coquettish smile and helpless moan of satisfaction entirely optional.

Most cola cake recipes call for either buttermilk or yoghurt, a combination that gives the cake a very soft and moist crumb, much like red velvet cake. I frosted these with a cola-flavoured version of quick and easy buttercream frosting, and dusted them with cola flavoured Wizz Fizz -- found at Aldi a few months ago, and hoarded in my pantry for a perfect baking opportunity just like this one.



Part One

• 1 cup coca cola or other cola drink
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
• 22 large marshmallows
 

Part two

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 large eggs, beaten


Coca Cola Cupcake Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.  These cupcakes work best with the silver metallic liners.

Part one

In a small saucepan mix cola, butter, vegetable oil and cocoa.  Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add marshmallows.  Place lid on saucepan and leave until marshmallows begin to melt.  Stir well.

Part two

Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.  Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.  Mix well.
Combine Part One and Part Two in the mixing bowl.  Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake pan liners until they are 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes completely before frosting with Coca Cola frosting.

Frozen Yogurt

Sponge cake is a cake based on flour (usually wheat flour), sugar, and eggs, sometimes leavened with baking powder or soaked in rum, that derives its structure from an egg foam into which the other ingredients are folded. In addition to being eaten on its own, it lends itself to incorporation in a vast variety of recipes in which pre-made sponge cake serves as the base.
